Planning and Prioritization
If you’re running a recovery organization, you’re probably talented and passionate. It’s a gift and a curse. You may want to create new things, tackle every opportunity, or address every gap that you see.
That short-term inspiration can lead to long-term feelings of burnout. You might be able to do a ton of things, but it doesn’t mean you should. We’re happy to be a thought-partner to help you think through your opportunities, prioritize ideas, and help you get moving at a sustainable pace.
Program Design and Model Fidelity Coaching
We’ve been offering direct services for over 20 years. Today, we have Clubhouse programs, Peer-run communities, and Peer Support programs. We’re familiar with the models, standards of practice, opportunities, and potential issues.
It’s not uncommon for us to have conversations with leaders of programs who feel stuck. Over the years, we’ve worked with lots of programs and have seen many different approaches to implementing Clubhouses and Peer Support programs. We can provide you with some of that context that may help you get “unstuck”. We’re also able to explain these concepts to your board, funders, or stakeholders, and have seen some groups unlock new opportunities from some simple conversations or support.
Technology and Data Analytics
Your funders believe in your work, and they trust in you. You know you’re making a difference, but sometimes it’s hard to show it. We’ve built software and approaches to make this easier to do. Collecting information about your services doesn’t have to be intimidating or intrusive.
Most of us offer services at no cost to the people we serve. These same folks are often happy to share information with us–we just need to ask. If you’re looking to think through your approaches, we’re happy to talk. If you want to implement some of our tools, we can do that as well. Our software is designed to be accessible–easy to use, and low cost. Plus, you get access to our Data Science team!
Marketing, Branding, and Multimedia Support
First impressions are everything! We know that stigma is a huge barrier to accessing support. When our programs, materials, websites, or graphics don’t look professional, we don’t get taken seriously. That level of professionalism could be the difference between someone seeking help, or choosing not to.
A little bit of work in these areas can go a really long way. We’ve been talking about recovery for over 20 years, and can help you get your message across–whether you just want to brainstorm, or you want us to build something for you.
