We only design programs that we’d be personally willing to complete. We also directly know many of the organizations in our space, or we know programs like them. Knowing your target audience let’s us design programs that align everyone’s interests, leading to better buy-in and more successful programs.
Financial Administration and Accountability
We have the infrastructure and processes in-place to administer your project’s financials, and to report with multiple levels of granularity. Our finance and program management teams design forms and processes for each project to ensure you receive the necessary level of reporting.
We will work with your organization to determine the allowable and unallowable components and to create the highest level of accountability, while maintaining the maximum level of project flexibility for you, us, and your recipients.
Targeted Technical Assistance
We are not shy about holding programs accountable. We ensure that program recipients understand that none of our programs are entitled to anything. When people invest in our communities, we want to make sure the recipients of funding are being judicious with their finances, and effective with their programming.
Since we are practitioners for the types of programs we help fund, we always have access to subject-matter experts who can provide technical assistance to the groups we support. We also have the ability to provide assessments at multiple levels of formality–from simple conversations with leaders and program participants, to full-blown graded assessments.
